"Shipping ended up being reasonable"
I was expecting the shipping to be a bit more expensive since I ordered a larger amount of yarn, but it turned out to be totally fair. It was one of those nice little surprises during checkout where you brace yourself for a high shipping charge and then it’s actually not bad at all. Everything felt reasonable to me, and I really don’t have any complaints about the cost.

"Shipping Went Better Than I Expected"
I ordered from iceyarns.com to my country and I was a little nervous about the delivery part. International shipping can be a bit of a gamble sometimes. But anyway, the package showed up faster than I expected, which was a nice surprise. The tracking was decent, not perfect maybe, but enough to know where things were. Also, the yarn was packed really well, nothing damaged, nothing missing. Customs did hold it for a bit, but that always happens here so I can’t really complain. Overall I’m happy with the order and yeah, I’d buy from them again.

"Colors was pretty much like the pics"
I was kinda nervous the yarn colors might look different when it got here, but they was really close to the photos online. The shade I picked ended up matching my project just right. That was a nice surprise cause colors online can be weird sometimes. I’m really happy with it.

I really appreciated that the fees were laid out clearly from the start. To me, that made the whole order feel more trustworthy, since I wasn’t hit with any random customs charges later.

"Easy, no-hassle refund"
I ended up ordering the wrong color of yarn and had to send it back. I messaged support and they replied quickly, basically saying, “No problem, just send it back and we’ll get the refund sorted.” And they actually did. The refund came through without any fuss or chasing, which was a nice surprise. Way easier than I expected, so I’m giving it 5 stars.

"I can usually find the yarn I actually need"
I keep going back to Ice Yarns when I’m trying to find colors that are actually available, not just photos of yarn that turns out to be sold out. Most of the time, I can get enough packs for a full project, which is such a relief.
The stock info has been easy to understand for me, too. If I need 6 or 8 balls, or more, I can check before ordering instead of guessing and hoping for the best.
Shipping is separate, of course, but when it comes to availability, they’ve been really solid. It makes planning projects so much less frustrating — happy 5 stars from me...

"I ordered a few cotton blends they feel..."
I ordered a few cotton blends they feel way nicer than I expected. The colors are and I haven’t run into any weird knots so far. For the price, the quality is genuinely great. It’s nice when a company doesn’t cut corners and actually gives you what you paid for.

Wow. I was surprised by how many yarns they had compared to the shops near me. I found the exact colors I wanted, plus some fiber blends I hadn’t seen locally. Nice.

I’ve ordered from iceyarns.com a few times now, and overall it’s been easy to use. The categories make sense, and I can usually find the yarn type or color I’m looking for without having to dig around too much... which I definitely appreciate.
The only thing is that some pages feel a bit crowded, especially when I’m browsing on my phone. The filters help, but they could be a little smoother. Checkout was simple enough though, so I’d still say it’s been a good experience overall.

"Good yarn, but double-check before you order"
I’ve ordered from Ice Yarns a few times now, and the prices really are hard to beat. Even after adding shipping, it still ends up cheaper for me than buying yarn locally. The quality has been good overall, especially for the price, but just a heads up: it’s not always perfect, so don’t expect every skein to be flawless. I’m happy with what I’ve gotten, but I’d definitely say check the details carefully before placing a big order.

My order arrived safely, which I’m happy about, but the shipping took a bit longer than I hoped, actually, longer than I expected, really. Everything was fine once it got here, just wish it had shown up a little sooner.
